The graphic simplicity of linocuts is just beautiful, and this range reflects my love of simple motifs and symbols. Inspiration is taken from both my surroundings and my vintage ephemera collection: linocuts such as the kitchenalia collection pay homage to Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management, and the animal and woodland motifs are inspired by my walks on Salisbury Plain where I live.
Linocuts are printed using water soluble ink on China White acid free 300gsm card, and come in an unvarnished ash wood 3.5”x3.5” frame.
Please note that as each linocut is an original hand printed piece, each one will differ slightly from the example pictured. The portfolio is constantly growing- keep checking the site for new additions to the range.
